He has also been an active consultant, helping other mortgage and real estate companies set up efficient Real Estate and Mortgage shops. He earned his Real Estate sales person license in 1989 and his Brokers license in 1992.

Prior to entering the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, Alex worked several years as an engineer. His analytical background and passion for the Real Estate and Finance world led him to focus his career on the rewarding field of Real Estate & Mortgage Banking.

Alex holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, California Brokers License and California General Contractors “B” License. He is a member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, CAR, NAR. He was featured in the Los Angeles Times as an expert in the mortgage industry and his accomplishments have been recognized by Who’s Who (Professional).
